Objective:To study the clinical effects after comprehensive treatment with facial skin cancer and postoperative functional recovery of shape,It will be to be better guide our clinical practice. based on the ideal forms of treatment can be obtained in the clinical use of active promotion. this more Surgical treatment of comprehensive treatment can be clinically used to promote a positive ideal manner that reconstructive with the facial skin cancer.Methods:In this method review,72cases of clinical documents have been analyzed, which is due to has been used to comprehensive treatment with facial skin cancer from September,2004 to September.2010. Male is 43cases, and the rest female is 29cases. which is located the frontal lesions in 12 cases,23 cases of eye, nose in 18 cases,9 cases of temporal, zygomatic cheek in 7 cases,3 cases of perioral, the facial skin cancer is to be 52 cases of basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma in 16 cases, other types (Bowen disease, fibrosarcoma, melanoma, etc.),4 cases 1, Their Age is from 30 to 85 years old, more common 61 to 70 years old, and mean age is 67 years old. Of which 1 case≤30 years old,31 to 40 years in 2 case,5 cases of 41 to 50 years old,14 cases of 51 to 60 years,28 cases of 61 to 70 years old,71 to 80 years in 16 cases,> 81 years of age 6 cases. According to the lesion site and extended resection of the lesions, During Operation we resected tissue in sutured directly to the skin defect, local flap, local flap+skin graft, skin graft based surgical and postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy comprehensive treatment. In the cases, the sutured directly to the skin defect and local flap are common surgical method used in basal cell carcinoma group, the skin graft, local flap+skin graft surgery repair are common surgical method used in basal cell carcinoma group and other groups.Results:That all kinds of Research data are 3 patients recurrence of basal cell carcinoma in 72 cases.without recurrence with squamous cell carcinoma,which are 1 cases with distant metastasis occurred by reviewing the whole body CT,There are 3-year survival in patients with other types of good and the remaining patients all survived skin graft or flap The incision healed well, by telephone follow-up 1-3 years,all the cases is the good healing except 1 patient because of mild pigmentation after skin grafting,Telephone follow-up is no recurrence after lesion, the better cosmetic appearance is satisfaction, without causing secondary deformity, the surgical results between doctors and patients are were satisfactory, the surgical treatment is no significant difference in this group of basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma group and other groups.Conclusions:Early diagnosis and early treatment is fundamental to the treatment of the facial cancer,the comprehensive treatment is an ideal way in repairing the facial skin cancer, the situation may be different according to the patients with lesions of individual design, the situation may be different according to the patients with lesions in individual design, the best way to meet the repair condition of the patient, not only for the complete eradication of lesions, but also take into account its function and morphology after complete reunification.
