Objective:Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, five-year bladder cancer clinical research, exploration of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and prognostic factors for clinical therapy. Methods:January 2006 to October 2010 five-year period, were treated in our hospital urology patients diagnosed 146 cases of bladder cancer, including non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in 117 cases, muscle invasive bladder cancer in 29 cases each of the registration of all the details of patients with bladder cancer, according to research, the 12 factors used to evaluate non-muscle invasive bladder cancer recurrence risk factors. For each variable separately Kapplan-Meier univariate survival analysis, univariate survival analysis will be screened for risk factors affecting prognosis, while application of Cox proportional hazards model for multivariate survival analysis of variables, obtained by calculating the impact of non-myometrial invasion recurrence of bladder cancer risk factors. Results:Exclude incomplete cases,146 cases of this group of patients with bladder cancer tumor recurrence during follow-up 27 patients (20.7%),7 died (4.8%). non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients 1 year,3 years,5 years recurrence rates were 3.4%,8.5%,16.3%, patients 1,3,5-year survival rates were 98.9% and 97.8%,91.7%. Invasive bladder cancer patients 1,3,5-year survival rates were 96.6%, 79.1%,70.3%. Univariate analysis was the number of tumors, immediate perfusion, tumor grade, perfusion time, the recurrence risk score the five statistically significant by the analysis. At the same time to conduct Cox proportional multivariate analysis showed that immediate reperfusion (P= 0.006), tumor number (P= 0.007), histological grade (P= 0.000) affect the prognosis of non-invasive bladder cancer recurrence factors. Conclusion:non-muscle invasive bladder cancer recurrence prognosis is mainly related to immediate perfusion, tumor number, histological grade 3 factors.
