Objective To observet bloog flow changes after using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment in transient ischemic attack of posterior circulation patients and explore the clinic effect. Methods followed the rule of RCT (Randomized controlled trial),a total of 98 patientsw ere randomly divided into three groups(control group, asplin+Buflomedil group and drug therapy+rTMS group).Use TCD before and after treatment to detect the hemodynamic change of Vertebral Artery and Basal artery.Compare clinical total effectiveness rate and clinical significant effectiveness rate to detect clinical effect. Conclusions The Vs of Vertebral Artery and Basal Artery of patients used rtms+drug therapy were higher than other two groups (P<0.05) and the Vd were higher than the control group (P<0.05) but no more than asplin+Buflomedi group. Vm of patients used rtms+drug therapy were higher than the others (P<0.05). rtms+drug therapy gained more clinical total effectiveness rate and clinical significant effectiveness rate than other groups. All patients felt no discomfort. Result rTMS treatment increase Vertebral Artery and Basal Aartery blood flow, improve clinic syptoms.has clinic value.
