Objective To evaluate the high field strength(3.0T) MR scan, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP),enhanced with dual source CT scan plain and enhanced examination for diagnosis of malignant biliary obstruction, and the comparison, and further concluded various Check the advantages and disadvantages of the means to facilitate future examination of patients using the most appropriate and effective way of checking. Data and Methods Collecting from July 2009 to June 2010 to consider in clinical application of biliary obstruction and the CT examination by MR were 98 cases and 158 cases were confirmed by pathology in which patients with malignant obstruction of 63 cases,of which 28 cases MR examinations of 31 patients with obstructive jaundice in patients with routine CT examination of the data divided into 3 groups:(1)MR scan (including 3DMRCP);(2)CT scan+enhanced;(3) MR scan+Enhanced. The interpretation and analysis, including diagnosis of disease, diagnosis and pathological findings were statistically test. Results 3 set of data on the tumor localization diagnosis rate was 92.8% (26/28),90.3%(28/31),96.4%(27/28);qualitative diagnosis rate was 42.8%(12/28),64.5% (18/31),85.7%(24/28).For the three tests on group P=0.004,the difference was statistically significant, then pairwise comparisons, the first group and second group was not statistically significant;the first group and second group, the second with the first There were significant differences in the three groups. Conclusion MR scan+MRCP,CT scan+ enhanced positioning of obstructive site was no significant difference found for the diagnosis of lesions of equal value;MR scan+enhanced accuracy for lesion characterization higher than the other two,so the tumor qualitative diagnosis of the more obvious advantages to improve the correct diagnosis of malignant biliary obstruction.
