Objective:To analyze the relationship between clinicopathological features and the survival time after operation in patients with mass-forming type intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC) in order to guide clinical treatment and improve prognosis. Methods:Data from 41 patients who underwent hepatectomy and were pathologically confinned as having ICC in The xinjiang tumor hospital affilited to xinjiang medical university. From 2006 to 2010 were collected. We retrospective in addition to indices including of sex, age, hepatitis B virus infection,CEA,AFP,CA199,disseminated nodules, thrombosis, invasion of adjacent, lymph metasis. The early overall surival rates were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method Multifactor analysis with the Cox proportional-hazards model Result:The percent of male 21,the average age of the patients was 58years (31-76years),HbsAg positive was present in 36.6%and AFP expression was 17.1%,CEA expression was 37.1%,CA199 expression was 80.5%,TB expression was 30.9%,Lymph metastasis expression was 34.1%,Macroscopic tumor thrombosis was found in 24.4%and adjacent organ invasion was observed in 58.5%of the patients. The 12-,24-,36-months overall surival rates of the 41 cases that were followed up were 61.0%,43.9%,20.5%,respectively.Conclusion:ICC has specific clinical manifestations. Knowing its clinical features well,The radical surgical resection is the only method to ensure a long-term survival.
