The deformity of head and neck caused by Ankylosing spondylitis, is an important reason of difficult airway management. In this article, a patient with ankylosing spondylitis appeared desaturation, and after line emergency airway management, oxygen saturation is back to normal. This case belongs to unmeasured emergency airway, must be established the artificial airway ventilation by various methods, in the shortest time, to ensure patient life safety. According with the ASA guideline of difficult airway treatment in 1993 and the expert consensus of difficult airway management, we should use of various tools, to ensure enough oxygen for patient, and it's very important.
