Actinomycetes, one of the main sources of the microbial medicine, is one of the most widely distributed microbial groups in Nature. Screening antiviral drugs from actinomycetes is currently one of the hot spots in the research. At present, the reports of actinomyces research against viruses were relatively less. This paper's main objective was to isolate and screen antiviral actinomycetes from tropical microbe resources in Hainan. The results were as follows:We collect 30 samples in various Hainan habitats.239,37,176 actinomycetes strains were isolated from 11 mangrove samples respectively,4 sponge samples and 15 land samples, totaling 452 actinomycetes strains;452 actinomycetes strains were screened by phage-indicator mode,9 strains exhibit antiphage activity. Among them, Strain DA10203 had the highest and stablest activity (inhibitory diameter 21.3 mm); Anti-influenza virus (H1N1) activity offermentation liquid from 279 strains of actinomycetes were detected by the CPE and MTT method and 32 strains were screened.20 times diluted fermentation liquid of strain HA10201, HA10206, HA10213, HA10211 showed 68.1%,58.3%,55.7%,92.2% inhibition rate against virus respectively; It's almost no correlation between anti-phage and anti-H1N1 strains which screened by two different models, so preliminary estimate they have different action mechanism; To study the genetic stability of stronger anti-phage strains (DA 10203, HA 10303, HA10305, HA10306) and stronger anti-H1N1 strains (HA10201, HA10206, HA10211, HA10213), it shows that 8 strains all have good genetic stability; The polyphasic classification studies of the 4 strains were done, such as the morphological and cultural characteristics, character of physiology and biochemistry, the 16S rDNA sequence analysis and the phylogenetic tree. As a result, strain DA10203 was preliminarily identified to be Streptomyces chartreusis. Strain HA10201 was preliminarily recognized as Streptomyces roseorubens.Strain HA10206 might be a novel species of genus Streptomyces and preliminarily proposed as Streptomyces sp. HA10206. Strain HA10211 maybe a novel species of genus Isoptericola and preliminarily proposed as Isoptericola sp. HA 10211. We need DNA-DNA hybridization to further identify these strains.
