The Study On Isolation-identification And Drug Tolerance To Salmonella In Some Of The Areas Of Henan Province

In order to diagnose the infectious diarrhea caused by salmonella infection exactly from some areas in henan province ,and provide the reliable evidences to prevent and treat this disease,we carry out lots of researches in the following contents. We undertake the separation and diagnosis of pathogenic bacterium and rearch the drug tolerance experiment with 161 samples from 118 chicken which is considered as the doubleful diarrhea diseases in 20 regions (such as Zhengzhou,Xuchang,Zhoukou, et al.).It includes 101 farms.Revalence of Chicken salmonella is studyed through isolated culture ,dyg, biochemical identificatio,serological identification,nimal's test for bacterium.The result is that we isolate Chicken salmonella which conclude the total of 33 .These straight bacterium can resist 14 kinds of drugs in different degree.1 Isolated culture,dyg and biochemical identificatios for bacterium The character of isolated culture,dyg and biochemical identificatios is consisitent with the feature of negative red small Chicken salmonella,it has 69 in all doutfully , part of which is consisitent with the Chicken salmonella biochemical identificatios.Finally,there are 33 that are considered as Chicken salmonella.2 Serological identification: diarrhea alba and fowl typhoid blood serum through agglutination test on the table react with antigen ,all of the results are masculine.3 Pathogenicity tests shows that all of the isolated bacterium have the ability to make the chick seriously sick. Pathogenicity of the isolated bacterium in Xuchang and Zhengzhou are very serious.4 Drug resistance test:Drug resistance of 33 chicken salmonella isolates to 14 antimicrobial agents. Results show 17 of the whole are sensitive to ceftriaxone . The sensitive bacterium takes the percentage of 51.5(17/33);the sensitive order to the drugs is ceftriaxone > alficetin > Ampicil,Ancef > gentamicin,amikacin >norfloxacin,roxithromycin id>Minocycline,Ofloxacin>furaxone,chemitrim.These bacterium can resist most of the drugs obviously.The 27 of the isolated bacterium have the very strong drug resistance to bactrim,which occupied the percentage of 81.8(27/33);they have the visible drug resistance to bactrim, at the same time, they can resist tow or more drugs. The drug resistance are ciprofloxacin(75.7%),Norfloxacin(69.7%),Ofloxacin(63.6%).In all, bacterium that can resist drugs takes between the percentage of 45.3 and 56.4.Drug treatment was carried out in infected chickens basing on the results of sensitivity test to obtain the desired results. It shows that the isolated bacterium from different regions can resist the drugs in different degree ,at the same time,the isolated bacterium from the same region have the different resistence for the drugs.5 Relevence of diagnose and researcasellacrinto the infectious diarrhea caused by salmonella infection from some areas in henan province, research to drugs resist are done.It is the most important and significant for the pretection and cure this disease.
