| Human activities result in greenhouse gas emissions increased,so biochar as a effective is widely used to solid carbon and cut emission. Biochar mixed with soil can significantly improve soil fertility and crop yields. A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of different biochar amendment rates on imperatoria yield,quality and soil fertility.Test sets eight treatments and four repeats.The results are as follows:(1)Responses of imperatoria yield and quality to biochar amendment rates, the yield of20%treat is about420.28t/ha which is about125%higher than comparision. After the third crops, the Crude protein shows significant positive correlation with biochar.connecting with quality,20%treat has the best quality.Thus, It suggested that we can use biochar to improve imperatoria yield and quality.(2)With the increasing of biochar,the soil bulk density decrease significantly.15%treatment is the lowest which is1.38g/cm3.The CEC, pH and soil organic matters increased with biochar amendment rates increaseing.Soil CEC content of15%and20%is111.7%and115.7%compare with contrast.Soil pH of20%is the highest,about6.85. Soil organic matter content of15%,20%, were about34.2%and89.7%higher than contrast.Soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, potassium, was not significant between diffetent treats. different biochar concentration significiently improve soil physical and chemical propertises, and with the increased amount of biochar, the soil physical and chemical properties improved significantly.(3) With the increasing of biochar rates,the soil enzymes presents regularity changes.The invertese activities and urease activities increased with the increasing of the biochar amendment rates. The treatment1%has the highest acidic phosphatase. When biochar rates higher than10%,the acidic phosphatase decreased.The treatment10%has the highest alkaline phosphatase.This indicate that biochar can significantly increase soil enzymes. |
