Rapeseed episperm, which takes about12%-19%of the whole seed, are often thrown away during extract oil Pretreatment. The effective use of rapeseed episperm can protect environment and avoiding wastage. The paper is focused on the research of the solid fermentation conditions of protein feed by mixed bacteria, hoping to brought a satisfactory conclusion. The results are shown as follows:1. The paper reported on mold and yeast which preserved by Grain and oils processing laboratory, take rapeseed episperm adding a reasonable amount of water as the culture medium Through a series of tests, the optimized cultivation is solid fermentation by Aspergillus niger and Candida magnoliae.2. Through a series of tests, the optimized cultivation parameters of Saccharomyces cerevisiae LZ-53were obtained as follows:the ratio of water to feed is1.4:1, Aspergillus niger1.612%, Candida magnoliae2.106%,(NH4)2SO41.031%, K2HPO40.11%, the best cultural time is3day. The protein content of The fermentation filtrate is22.37%, reducing sugar content is4.24%。3. The quality of the fermentation filtrate is good to be the protein feed. The result showed that after fermentation, the fermentation was black, sticky and viscous, having a pleasing flavor, which are palatable and a good source of protein feed for the calves and amino acid deserves to compare reasonable, richest source of B Vitamins. It has great utility.
