The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of LHR gene Exon8and PGR gene Exonl was studied in two breeds wkich including76Landrace sows and144Yorkshire sows. And genetic structure of the two SNPs was analyzed by the methods of Bi-PASA and PCR-RFLP respectively. In addition, the relevance of different genotypes of the two SNPs and reproductive traits was studied. The main results are as follows:(1) Based on the sequences of two genes, the primers were designed. Exon8of LHR gene and Exonl of PGR geng were amplified. The SNPs of them were screened by the methods of Bi-PASA and PCR-RFLP respectively and two SNPs in Exon8and Exon1were obtained. The mutation of Exon8was C1287T, it was a nonsense mutation. The mutation of Exonl was G326A, it was a missense mutation and change glycine into serine.(2)Genetic structure of the polymorphic locus of LHR gene Exon8in two breeds was analyzed. There were two genotypes(CC and CT) in this locus. CC was a preponderant genotype in these two breeds. There was no TT individual in two groups. There was low-grade genetic variation in two groups.(3)Genetic structure of the polymorphic locus of PGR gene Exonl in two breeds was analyzed. There were three genotypes(GG, AG and AA) in this locus. AG was a preponderant genotype in two breeds. There was no AA individual in Landrace group. There was medium degree genetic variation in two breeds.(4)The relevance of different genotypes of LHR gene Exon8and reproductive traits was studied. The difference of TNB, NBA and BLW between CC and CT was not significant(P>0.05) in two groups.(5)The relevance of different genotypes of PGR gene Exonl and reproductive traits was studied. In Landrace group, the difference of TNB, NBA and BLW between GG and AG was not significant(P>0.05). In the Yorkshire group, the difference of TNB between AG and GG and the difference of TNB between AG and AA was significant(P<0.05), the difference of TNB between GG and AA was not significant(P>0.05). The difference of NBA between AG and AA was significant(P<0.05), the difference of NBA between AG and GG and the difference of NBA between GG and AA was not significant(P>0.05). The difference of BLW between AG, GG and AA was not significant(P>0.05).The results show that there is a correlation between the SNPs of PGR gene Exonl and two reproductive traits.
