Sulfonamides,which have the role of prevention and treatment of bacterial infections, are widelyused in livestock production. Approximately60%to90%of the sulfonamide excreted with animal feces,eventually enter the soil environment. The soil became a place of sulfa antibiotics accumulate in theenvironment.The degradation of the sulfa antibiotics in the soil and residual direct impact on itsenvironmental potential contamination. Veterinary drug contamination of the evaluation of sulfa on theecological environment caused by the potential risk commonly Sulfadiazine, Sulfamonomethoxine andSulfamethoxazole eco-toxic effects of pollution on soil and plants, as well as veterinary drug degradationbehavior under different environmental conditions and influencing factors.First, Sulfadiazine, Sulfamonomethoxine and Sulfamethoxazole residues in manure, soil and wateranalyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Sulfonamides in fecal samples with the extractionsolution (methanol:1%acetic acid=7:3) to extract soil samples of sulfa extract (methanol:1%acetic acid=3:7) to extract, and then by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography determination;sulfonamides in water can be used UV-visible spectrophotometer direct determination. Add a level of1mgkg-1,5mg kg-1,10mg kg-1, sulfadiazine, sulfamonomethoxine and Sulfamethoxazole in manure, soil andwater, average recoveries ranged respectively72.34%to80.52%,80.59%to91.2%and85.35%to95.12%,including sulfa detection limit of0.1mg kg-1of0.05mg kg-1and1mg kg-1.Analysis method based on the established test under laboratory conditions, compared sulfadiazine,sulfadoxine-methoxy pyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole in distilled water and groundwater, in black soil ofNortheast China and the local damp soil, chicken manure and pig manure and other media inthedegradation rate of speed and impact factors.The results show that, sulfadiazine, sulfadoxine-methoxypyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole degrading bacteria in three media follows first order kinetics equation,the degradation rate of the order of the three kinds of sulfonamides sulfamethoxazole>sulfamonomethoxine>sulfadiazine; the rate of drug degradation in the three media the following order:manure> soil> water, which both faeces drug degradation rate of the order: pig manure> chicken manure,two soils, the drug degradation rate of the order:black soil in Northeast> the degradation rate of the order of the two water bodies of drug in the local loess: Groundwater> distilled water.To simulate different environmental conditions in the laboratory, sulfadiazine, sulfadoxine-methoxypyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole in the soil degradation dynamics and its influencing factors (such as light,organic matter, temperature and soil moisture, etc.). The results show that, sulfadiazine,sulfadoxine-methoxy pyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole in soil degradation follows first order kineticsequation, the degradation rate of the order of three sulfonamides:sulfamethoxazole> sulfamonomethoxinesulfadiazine; light and organic matter have a significant impact on the degradation of the sulfa drugs in thesoil; within a certain temperature (25℃), sulfa drugs, the rate of degradation in the soil increasedsignificantly with increasing temperature, but increased to a certain temperature (25to45℃), sulfa drugs,the degradation rate of the rate of increase in the soil significantly reduced; soil moisture significantlyaffected the rate of degradation of the sulfa drugs, the higher the water content degradation rate was faster,and vice versa, the slower rate of degradation. Accelerate the degradation of the sulfa drugs, thus increasinglight, organic matter, temperature and soil moisture in order to reduce the risk of environmental soil.Finally, sulfonamides (SAs) sulfadiazine, sulfonamides methoxy pyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole asthe test drugs and carry out three kinds of veterinary drugs on the radish, green cabbage seed germinationand root elongation inhibition.The results showed that: the the ecotoxicity size of three kinds of drugs forthe methoxy pyrimidine sulfadiazine between the Shanghai Youth and cabbage: sulfamethoxazole andsulfonamides from radish: sulfadiazine> sulfa methoxy pyrimidine sulfamethoxazole;drug susceptibility,size of crops: carrot> cabbage> green.
