| As an important biologic material, fast-growing wood is both reproducible and environmental friendly. According to the fast growth and short rotation, fast-growing populous is going to be one of the main sources of the wood-based panel industry in our country. The production and effective use of fast-growing populous plays an important role in carrying out the sustainable development. Based on plenty of technical studies, this experiment dyes the wood by adding a kind of active agent quaternary ammonium salts, and uses modern test analytical methods such as WSC-S color difference meter and adopts SEM, FTIR to analyze the testing object and study the combination mechanism of the dyeing material and wood. The main solutions are as follows:Put the specimens in aqueous solution with3%H2O2under65℃for5hours before dyeing, after processing, the specimen with a greater whiteness and the appearance is very clean and clear. The specimens would not deform during drying which is favorable to following procedures. The results of orthogonal dying experiments indicate that the best condition for processing is:reactive dye, quaternary ammonium salts with the volume of0.5%of the processing liquid,20g/L Na2SO4under85℃for10hours. Under excellent experimental condition, the dyeing depth of the item after process can reach15mm and the permeability rate is100%. The color is very obvious after processing and the penetration depth is very high which is shown in that it does not fade obviously after soaping.Observing the processed specimens by SEM and FTIR, it shows that the reaction products of acid dyes and quaternary ammonium salts are flocculent, estimated about20μ min length, far more than the diameter of the pit in the vessel wall(7-12μ m). The floccules can't through the pit to the cell walls in the wood. We can't see the dyes on the section of the cells but in the vessels. The reaction products of reactive dyes and quaternary ammonium salts are granular, estimated about1u m in size. The granular substances through the pit to the cell walls in the wood. The dyes can be seen on the on the section of the cells.Active agent quaternary ammonium salts promote the combination of dyes and wood. The cellulose and the acetyl of hemicelluloses combined with dyes by the double bond, the combination of the active dyes and wood is greater than acid dyes. |
