Development And Application Effect Of Fish Protein Crop Specific Fertilizer

In this paper, the process technology about how to make use of the low-value fish to develop the fish protein crop specific fertilizer (FPSF) and its applying effects were researched systematically. The novel fertilizer not only broadened fields of high-vabled utilizing marine biological resources, but also gave a new choice for the safety and high-efficiency of agricultural production. The detail results were showed as follows.1. Refer to the Department of Agriculture standards and requirements of organic soluble fertilizer and amino acid soluble fertilizer, fish protein organic soluble fertilizer series and amino acid soluble fertilizer series were developed by analyzing the composition of fish protein degradation product. The former includes accelerating germination fertilizer and expanding fruit fertilizer while the later includes strengthening seedling fertilizer and abundanting fruit fertilizer.2. The test of fish protein grape special fertilizer throughout the country showed that using special fertilizer promoted the growth of grape, which were mainly manifested by leaves'color-changing, augment of leaf area, increase of new shoot base diameter, etc. The output of test area were higher than the control area by 5.60%-9.1% in Xinjiang while the yields increased by 7.5% and 7.7% in Jinhua and Lanxi respectively. In addition, total sugar, VC content and soluble solids content increased significantly, which improved the quality of grape. Finally, economic benefits raised.3. It was showed in the test of fish protein rice special fertilizer that seed dressing and spraying with rice special fertilizer increased the rice yield by 6.11%. It also enhanced early sprouting of seed and kept the crop growing well. Upon maturing, rice had long spike and low rate of blighted grains. The 1000-seed weight also increased by 12.3%. Besides, the special fertilizer made rice mature earlier.4. The test of fish protein vegetable special fertilizer showed that soaking seeds by chinese cabbage special fertilizer improved the growth of aboveground part of chinese cabbage including plant height, fresh weight and dry weight. Moreover, the underground part of chinese cabbage was promoted. On the one hand, root biomass yield was increased, on another hand, the root tips number that responsible for nutrient absorping also increased to provide basic protection of nutrient absorption and transport, thus promoting the growth of aboveground part. The optimal concentration was 300-fold dilution of the preparation. To cabbage, special fertilizer promoted the growth by increasing leaf ball yield. Compared with the control zone, the yield on test zone increased by 8.9% and 43.2%, so as to increase farmers'income.5. In the field experiment, the results showed that applying fish protein watermelon special fertilizer promoted the growth of watermelon. Compared with the conventional fertilizer, the yield increased by 6.7%. Sugar degree was obviously increased by 1.5 degrees. As the taste was improved, the commodity traits was also enhanced.6. In the greenhouse experiment of fish protein tomato special fertilizer, the results showed that tomato's plant height, ordinal number per plant and fruit bearing number were generally increased; the yield generally rised 253-356kg and the average increasing rate was 7.9%; the quality was also improved, with total sugar content increased by 19.1%, VC content increased by 5.2% and soluble solids increased by 3.2%.7. The test of fish protein cotton special fertilizer showed that spraying cotton special fertilizer increased the plant height, boll number per plant and boll weight. The yields increased by 11.1% and 13.5% in Jinhua and Lanxi respectively, which reached extremely significant level. The ratio of input and output was also rised.
