| Rice is one of the most important food crops in China even the world, which has very important position in crops' production and consumption. Brown planthopper and rice blast diease are major plant disease and insect pest of rice. Make use of rice varieties carrying resistance (R) genes proves to be the most effective, economical, and environment-friendly strategies for the management of the diseases and pests.In this study, Boâ…¢B which maintainer line has perfect agronomic traits is used as recurrent parent, use the rice variety BPH54 with brown planthopper resistant gene bph21(t) and 681 with rice blast diease resistance gene Pi9 as donor parents. Combine the conventional breeding method and MAS, the target gene bph21(t) and Pi9 were tested.The findings are as follows:1,Combine the conventional breeding method and MAS, Pyramiding the Brown Planthopper Resistance Gene and the Rice Blast Diease Resistance Gene into Boâ…¢B. And the double-resistant plants were got in the hybrid posterity of BCiFrand BC3F1, the maintainer line which contains two resistance genes was obtained.2,The molecular marker RM5438 which has polymorphism in parents was screened between large numbers of molecular markers. This molecular marker can be used to identify the brown planthopper resistant gene bph21(t).3,Through the identification, the insect resistance of the materials witih the brown planthopper resistance gene was higher than susceptible materials. |
