The biological activity of six antivirus chemical agents currently used in production was tested by the half a leaf withered spot method. The result showed that all six kinds of chemical agents have a high inhibitory ratio to Tomato Mosaic Virus (TMV). Among the six kinds of agents, Ningnanmycin has relatively higher activity against TMV, with 85.76% inhibitory ratio under 1000 times dose, with 87.53% inhibitory ratio in vivo passivation, and with 74.77% inhibitory ratio in vivo protection. And Ningnanmycin has a good effect against the extension of TMV. The result of pharmacodynamic test on the system host showed that Dongwang Pesticides, Kangdufeng Pesticides and Ningnanmycin have inhibitory ratio 88.86%,90.01% and 100%, respectively.In this study, the biochemistry mechanism of the Ningnanmycin resistance to TMV was preliminary studied. The result revealed that:when the Nicotiana glutinosa was inoculated with TMV and then treated with Ningnanmycin, there has some pertinency among the enzymic activity of PAL,SOD,POD,PPO,the content of chlorophyl and regulation substance. The hoisting of correlative enzymic activity was strongly induced by Ningnanmycin, and the content of chlorophyl rose. |
