Anoplophora glabripennis(Motsoh) is an mainly stem borer, most of life cycle live and damage in trunk, and only during the period of adult eclosion and laying go out of trunk, so it was very difficult to control. In 2009, research of relation between insect density, damage degree and tree species, age, accumulated temperature were made to find out the bioeology characters and occurrence regulation of A. glabripen nis in Harbin, and regionalization of A. glabripennis distribution area were made. Main results of this paper are:The mainly climatic index to effect the distribution of A. glabripennis is temperature. The distribution region of A. glabripennis in Hei Longjiang is accumulated temperature above 2600℃and average temperature≥10℃of one year, and under this temperature didn't find the distribution of A. glabripennis. In Heilongjiang province, A. glabripennis mainly distribute in Harbin region,total damage area is 3065 mu,only have some fragmentary distribution in other area. we must strictly control the new epidemic spot of A. glabripennis.Through observation and investigation, in Harbin region A. glabripennis is one year one generation or two years one generation, the female and male ratio of eclosion adult is 1: 0.90. The longevity of female adult is 16-58d, average 37d, male adult is 2-14d, average 8d. And average egg laying amount is 30.4 for one female adult, the average rate of hatchability is 60.3%.The number of defecation hole in 30%-70% high range account for 74.9% of total number of defecation hole distribute on the maple trunk, and the distribution of pest population is logarithmic curve.In Harbin city, Phellodendron amurense, Fraxinus mandshurica, Tilia amuransjs, T.mandshurica, Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim are all immune trees, not damaged by A. glabripennis. Populus alba×P.berolinensis and Xanthoceras sorbifolia are damaged less serious, and Acer negundo are damaged serious. The sequence of damaged degree for popular is P. deltoides×P. cathangana > P.berolinensis>Salix matsudana> P. simonii×P. nigra> P. charbinensis> Yingchun Poplar 5> P.simonii> P. alba×P.berolinensis, and the percentage of insect-infected trees and population density in trees belt are larger than part of trees.This paper have classified epidemic area and protected area of A. glabripennis distribution in Harbin city.
