In recent years, with the deterioration of water environment, research on environmental stress on immune function of aquatic animal has attracted much attention. Setting tap water (pH7.8) as a control, the changes of immune factors were examined at 1, 4, 7, 10 days after exposed to different pH (4.5, 6.0, 7.5, 9.0, 10.5) stress in the first experiment and at different CuSO4(0.0625, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1 mg/L) stress in the second experiment in order to evaluate the non-specific immune in Eriocheir sinensis.The results of pH stress indicated that the THC in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, 9.0, 10.5 and the phagocytic percentage(PP) in the group of pH4.5 were significantly lower than that in the control group in all experimental period (P < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the activities of serum LSZ in group pH 4.5, 6.0, 9.0, 10.5 were significantly lower in 4-10 days; T-AOC in hepatopancreas in group pH 4.5, 10.5 significantly lower in the 10th; the phagocytic percentage(PP) in group pH10.5 significantly lower in 1-4 days ;SOD activities in group pH10.5 significantly lower in 1-7 days; NO concentration in hepatopancreas in group pH 4.5significantly lower in 7-10 days; the activities of PO in HLS were significantly lower in the 7th (P < 0.05); Almost of the activities of CAT of serum and the activities of ALT of hepatopancreas in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, 9.0, 10.5, the activities of SOD of serum in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, 9.0 , the activities of AST of hepatopancreas in the groups of pH 9.0, 10.5 were significantly higher than that in the control group in all experimental period (P < 0.05); NO concentration in hepatopancreas in the group of pH 10.5 was significantly higher than that in the control group in all experimental period (P < 0.05); T-AOC in hepatopancreas in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, the activities of RP in the group of pH 4.5, the activities of ACP in the group of pH 10.5 were significantly higher than that in the control group in the 1st day(P < 0.05); the activities of POD in the groups of pH 9.0 and 10.5 were significantly higher than that in the control group in 4th day after the experiment began; the activities of POD in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, MDA concentration in hepatopancreas in the groups of pH 4.5, 6.0, 9.0 and 10.5 were significantly higher than that in the control group in the 10th day after the experiment began. There is no significant difference of the phagocytic index(PI) in all groups. All the immue parameters in the group of pH 7.5 had no significant difference compared to the control group.The results of exposured to copper sulfate indicated that the activities of LSZ of serum POD, CAT of serum, ALT , AST , NO and T-AOC in hepatopancreas in the groups of 0.0625, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 and 1 mg/L were significantly higher than that in the control group in almost all of the experiment period (P < 0.05); MDA concentration in hepatopancreas in the five experiment groups were significantly higher than that in the control group in 1-7 days after the experiment began (P < 0.05); the activities of PO in HLS and the activities of ALP of serum in the groups of 0.5, 1 mg/L were significantly higher than that in the control group in the 1st day; the THC in the group of 0.125mg/L, the activities of RP in the groups of 0.5, 1mg/L, the activities of ACP of serum in the groups of 0.5, 1 mg/L were significantly higher than that in the control group in 1-4 days after the experiment began (P < 0.05); the activities of RP and ACP of serum in the groups of 0.0625, 0.125mg/L were significantly higher than that in the control group in 7-10 days after the experiment began (P < 0.05); on the contrary the activities of SOD of serum in five experiment groups were significantly lower than that in the control group in all experiment time, the activities of ALP of serum in five experiment groups were significantly lower than that in the control group in 7-10 days after the experiment began (P < 0.05); the THC,the activities of PO in HLS,the PP in the groups of 0.5 and 1mg/L, the activities of ALP of serum were significantly lower than that in the control group in 1-7 days, 4-7 days, 1-7 days, fourth days respectively after the experiment began (P < 0.05); there were no significant difference in all groups on PI (P > 0.05). The results indicate that THC, NO, LSZ, SOD, POD, CAT, T-AOC, MDA, ALT and AST more sensitive than the others when Eriocheir sinensis was exposured in copper sulfate, so can be used as immune function on the detection and evaluation of pH.The results show that there is significant impact on non-specific immunity of Eriocheir sinensis in low acid (pH 4.5) and high stress (Cu2+ 1mg/L). That THC, NO, LSZ, SOD, CAT, MDA, ALT and AST more sensitive than the others when Eriocheir sinensis was in pH stress and exposured to copper sulfate in addition, the PP was also sensitive to pH express, the NO, POD, T-AOC were sensitive when Eriocheir sinensis was exposured to copper sulfate, so they can be used to evaluate the immune function when Eriocheir sinensis was exposured to pH and copper sulfate.
