Forest fire damages on forest resources, life and property, ecological environment and climate had attracted much attention. The biology fireproofing forest belt was an important measure that ensure the safety of urban forestry ecology. With the construction and development of our forestry, the pressure of forest-fire prevention was also increased. Constructing the biology forest-isolated area, trussing the network system of biology fire, improving the ability of forest systems to resist fire is extremely important. Years of forest fire prevention practice at home and abroad have proved that biology fireproofing forest belt can effectively reduce the occurrence of forest fire. But the construction of biological fire-protection forest belt in BeiLun distract was not optimistic. Frequent forest fires also prompted the construction of biology fireproofing forest belt to further improve and enhance building. Constructing the fire forest belt is a "pains for the moment, gains for the millennia" strategy construction.In order to cooperated to the "Ten Thousands of The Biological Fireproofing Forest Belt Construction Project" of ZheJiang Province, BeiLun biological fire prevention belts construction project was planned and researched, through the investigation and combining the domestic research existed, and collecting relevant literatures, base on the comprehensive investigation and research of the basic situation and the key construction regions of BeiLun forestry, especially construction status of BeiLun fireproofing forest belt in recent years. The research showed that:1. On the basis of species types, levels of fire prevention ability, adaptability in BeiLun different areas and different types of fire prevention belts for elected out fire prevention species, several BeiLun biological fireproofing trees were selected such as Myrica rubra, Schima superba, characterised by evergreen, leafy, rich-water content, Fireproofing, rapidly growing, canopy quick, adaptable, bud-rates high, litter decompose fast and disease-resistant insect pest is strong. 2. Biological fire prevention belts key construction areas were determined, such as the mountain forest both sides of the traffic trunk lines, nature reserves, state-owned forests, forest parks, scenic spots, mountains surrounding towns and villages, large reservoir mountains, emphasis commonweal forests, important forestry specialties industrial parks, flammable coniferous forest large-area and stricken distribution ranges, concentration burial areas, military bases, warehouse et al.3. According to eight different kinds of site conditions and forest fire danger levels, combined with the existing cut-off forest systems, main/sub fire prevention belts were constructed; fruit trees type, bamboo type, tea tree type, camellia type, precious timber type, single layer, complex layer, trees or tree-shrubs combination model, shrubs type, cultivating rebuilt landscape type, ecological type and so on fire prevention belts were new constructed, in order to realize the construction target of "green fire prevention".4. The project investment estimate, financing, etc were introduced, and the safeguard measures of the project implementation were raised as the evaluation of the project benefit. This project research made the quality standard and positive stimulus of BeiLun biological fire prevention belts.
