Ascaridia galli is parasitize in the small intestine of fowls and other poultrys. The disease not only effects the growth and development of fowls, but also can cause a large number of deaths. In this paper, Ascaridia galli infection rate and infection intension of fowl were investigated from 2009 to 2010 in Hunan. The results show:1. Via a careful inspection, the infection rate of Ascaridia galli was 31.5% (378/1200)2. The survey showed that Xiangxi, Loudi, Yueyang, Xiangtan and Chenzhou Ascaridia galli infection rate were as follows:40.0%,38.4%,25.6%,24.0% and 24.0%, respectively.3. The survey showed that Xiangxi, Chenzhou,Loudi, Yueyang and Xiangtan Ascaridia galli infection intension were as follows:1-47,1-12,1-9,1-7and1-6, respectively.4. Total DNA was extracted from Ascaridia galli isolates from different geographical origins. The ITS rDNA was amplified by PCR and the amplicons were sequenced. While the intra-specific differences were low, the inter-specific differences were significantly higher. The ITS sequences make the genetic marker for Ascaridia galli. This investigate obtain data about infection of Ascaridia galli in Hunan. Through the analysis of ITS genes of fowls polymorphisms found that ITS gene can become effective genetic marker. The results of this study for classification identification of Ascaridia galli and further molecular epidemiology investigation and genetic study group to lay the foundation. |
