Fementation for preparation of feed yeast from starch wastewater and Cassava vinasse was studied. For the starch content of waste water rich in organic nutrients, low pH, easy to acidification, anaerobic treatment so difficult to study the approach to solve the problem by using yeast. On the one hand, it can effectively improve the water pH to 8.2 ; on the other hand, it can effectively reducing the wastewater COD, in order to reduce the processing difficulty for the next approach. Finally, it can obtain feed yeast. The results of the study show that Candida utilis 1087 is an optimal yeast for the starch wastewater treatment. Without sterile conditions, inoculation of 5%, no nitrogen and phosphorus added, temperature at 30℃, speed of 160 rpm, the Candida utilis 1087's growth was good, and the pH of the wastewater increased from initial 4.0 to 8.15, COD reduced to 3095mg/L from 6250 mg/L. The COD removal rate was 52%.According to the high COD, and more cellulose and hemicellulose content, low pH and other characteristics of cassava vinasse, research adopts the enzym hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose into simple sugars before being absorbed by Tropicalis Candida Z4 using to improve cassava lees protein content. The results of the study show that F1 Aspergillus niger enzyme preparation was better than any other single enzyme. It can efficiently hydrolyze cellulose and hemicellulose of cassava vinasse. Tropical candida Z4 can make full use of hydrolysis of reducing sugar, reduce COD waste, increase protein content of cassava vinasse and tropical candida Z4 a mino acid content in the restrictive gluten candida utilis 1087 is higher. 0.1% urea was the most appropriate for the fementation. Solid state fermentation make the protein content increased by 9 percentage points by adding 2% urea and 8% Rapeseed bread. Liquid fermentation make the protein of cassava vinasse increased by 6 percentage point.Study the use of rice straw hydrolyzate feed yeast culture. Its best culture conditions for: 10% inoculated quantity, not adding N, P, initial pH 4.50, 30℃, 180 rpm wave bed speed for cultivating 24 h. Yeast populations from initial 1.12×10~7 /mL growth reaches maximum 2.26×10~8 /mL, at reducing sugar concentration from 28.99 g/L dropped to 6.30 g/L, reducing sugar utilization can achieve higher 79.95%.
