Development Of Small Mobile Cyclic Drying Machinery

In this article, the present situation of research, development and application of grain heat-drying machinery were introduced, especially, the structure and operating principles of 5 HG-1 small mobile cyclic drying machine were discussed. The structure and process flow of the machine was given and the processes of wind machine and combustion machine selection and transformation system and drying box design. were explained. The performance index of the machinery was analyzed by means of sample machine test. The existing problems were also pointed out as well as conclusions were obtained. In this paper, the calculation and selection methods of wind machine parameters, hot-air furnaces parameter and structure suitable for small drying machinery were emphatically discussed. It was also explored how to improve the performance of the small drying machine. This study provided a new train of thought exploration for development of small drying machine.
