Organic release fertilizer is a cake, poultry, livestock manure and mineral fertilizer-based, rich in organic, inorganic nutrients, all the elements in (Ca, Mg) and trace elements (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, B and so on), and other useful elements on crop growth (Si, Se, Na, et al.), so nutrient-rich, with a balance. Organic slow-release fertilizer added vermiculite to form a stable buffer strong, with good root growth environment systems, rich in trace elements, in the process of soilless culture of vegetables only irrigation water, work to achieve provincial and fertilizer. But there are a few slow-release fertilizers in the planting fruit vegetable production process, there is insufficient N fertilizer shortcomings affecting the yield and quality of vegetables. To address the above problems, this study represented the first cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) vegetables, organic slow release fertilizer to do quantitative tests to determine a more reasonable amount of fertilization, then soybeans, peanuts, azuki beans do fermentation raw materials, high nitrogen organic fertilizer trial in cucumber cultivation kind of validation of their effectiveness, and in the fermentation process of fermentation characteristics of several materials, mainly in the following conclusions:1. Topdressing of organic slow-release fertilizer in time for each dressing pot 50g, the normal growth of cucumber plants can basically meet the needs of cucumber growth, little fertilizer can not meet the needs of cucumber growth, resulting in yield is not high, the quality is not good. The excessive application of organic slow release fertilizer did not significantly improve the yield and quality, resulting in waste and increased costs, but also lead to increased nitrate content of cucumber, lower product quality, however, at the flood tide of fruit, organic slow release fertilizer cucumber cultivation areas in growth and development will be worse than the control, the advantage as the control. Application of organic slow release fertilizer production in the quality of cucumber was significantly higher than the control, mainly in cucumber Vc, soluble sugar content was significantly higher than the control, so its taste, good flavor than the control, and the nitrate content was significantly lower than the control, to meet the requirements of organic cucumber cultivation.2. Different fermentation of organic fertilizer, the fermentation rate is not the same, the fastest of which soybean fermentation, matured aftet 80 days of fermentation, followed by peanuts and azuki beans, required 90 days, respectively,110 days. Three kinds of fermented organic fertilizer pH changes are presented first ascended and then decreased trend, which is due early in the fermentation, a variety of microbial degradation of macromolecules, resulting in acid, but late in amino acids after decarboxylation, deamination role of ammonia production class or amine, starch, lipids and carbon dioxide by watershed, so that PH up. Three kinds of amino acids in the fermentation of organic fertilizer are high, and with the highest fat soybean fermentation, after completed fermentation, and their amino acid content relative to the start of fermentation were significantly decreased, which decrease the maximum manure fermented soybean. Soybean fermentation of organic fertilizer nitrogen, available nitrogen, organic matter content of the three types of fermented organic fertilizers was the highest.3. Application of the soybean, peanut, azuki bean organic nitrogen fertilizers on the growth has a positive effect, in which fertilizer is best fermented soybeans. Adding soy fermented fertilizer in plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, chlorophyll content, yield was significantly higher than the control aspects, and Vc, soluble sugar and soluble protein were significantly higher than the control, although the nitrate content was significantly higher than controls, but lower than the national standard of 300mg·kg-1. To sum up, soybean fermentation of organic slow-release fertilizer can effectively complement the shortcomings of the lower N fertilizer significantly increased yield and quality for organic vegetable production, so soybean fermentation is an ideal and efficient organic fertilizer with high nitrogen.
