The paper usethe method which is afforestation and reforestation under CDM to estimates the carbon sink of energy forest carbon project in Yongzhou, analyzes the baseline carbon stock,leaked greenhouse gases,greenhouse-gas emitter, greenhouse-gas emission within boundary layer,biomass and carbon stock of annual forest,predictd the biomass and carbon sink of project forest in the future.The conclusions are as follows:1,The caseline carbon stock of project areas in Yongzhou is little difference,Daoxian is 1.84t/hm2,Dongan is 1.45t/hm2,Shuangpai is 1.56t/hm2,Ningyuan is 1.70 t/hm2,Qiyang is 1.96 t/hm2.The baseline carbon storage is less,which illustrates the original vegetation of plantation sites are rare,meanwhile demonstratethes these project forests are fully up to standard and plantation sites do not have a natural regeneration ability.2,Each country all uses artificially ploughing,but not power machinery,sothe greenhouse gas leaking in the process of constructing the carbon sink project forests is mainly carbon dioxide which is discharged by transporting seeds and fertilizer.Leaked greenhouse of Daoxian is 1.07kg/hm2,Dongan is 1.02 kg/hm2,Shuangpai is 1.06 kg/hm2,Ningyuan is 1.46 kg/hm2,Qiyang is 1.73 kg/hm2.The vehicle for tranporting seeds and fertilizer is the same type of agricultural four-wheeled vehicle.The difference is the distance from every country to plantation sites.3,Each country uses chemical fertilizer which contain nitrogen while planting.Greenhouse gas emission, which is caused by fertiliser within boundary layer, of Shuangpai is 0.226t/hm2,if which is converted into carbon dioxide.Other countries are all 0.208t/hm2.The carbon dioxide and methand littered by chemical fertilizer are rare,so it is ignored to measure.Here the measured greenhouse gas is nitrous oxide.4,Among these ten models which is related to each organ organizes and individual biomass as well as forest biomass,the fitting of the Linear,Cubic and Quadratic model are more satisfying.Quadratic curve equation is the best while simulating the relative relationship between individual biomass and age.5,According to the standards and requirements of carbon library layering of carbon sink project forests, the species and the time of afforestation of each country are the same,so each country is a carbon pool.The carbon storage of Daoxian is 169.2t,when converting into carbon dioxide is 620.6t..The carbon storage of Dongan,Shuangpai,Ningyuan and Qiyang are respectively 111.9t,165.9t,112.4t and 412.2t,when converting into carbon dioxide are respectively 410.4t,608.4t,412.2t and 127.7t.6,Carbon storage of annual forests of carbon pool minus carbon storage under baseline scenario and leaked greenhouse gas and the emission of greenhouse gas inner the boundary,so the net carbon removals by sinks of annual forests of each country are all negative.Daoxian is-4025.61·CO2,Dongan,Ningyuan Shuangpai and Qiyang are respectively-2027.1t-CO2-2581.5 t-CO2-2448.5 t·CO2 and-1156r·CO2.The figures illustrate carbon storage of annual forests can not meet the emission of carbon dioxide while afforestation.7,The prediction results to carbon project stand of each country in Yongzhou indicate that carbon sink of Dongan and Shuangpai can be traded after 4 years later.,carbon sink of Daoxian and Ningyuan can be traded after 4 years later,the forests of Qiyang need more time,which takes 6 years to trade.
