Study On Cultivation And Application Of Tulip

Tulip is a famous bulb plant with high ornamental value, now the Netherlands is the main producing county. In China, large amount of tulip bulbs are imported every year for garden landscape. Due to climate, soil and other reasons, tulip bulb degradation is very serious, so it's need perfect tulip cultivation management systems and experience to harvest domesticated tulip varieties. This article relied on years of tulip cultivation of our group experience, studied the growth and application of tulips,some additional information was provided to the domestic production of tulip cultivation. This also helps to deepen domestic research of tulips, to further promote the development of the domestic flower industries.This paper based on the achievement on biological characteristics, the application of cultivation history and culture of tulip, to study the planting technologies and application of tulips in Shanghai from the following aspects:1) The development of tulip flower bud differentiation was studied during long-term dry storage of 20℃, observing the tulip flower bud differentiation under anatomical lens. The results showed that the tulip bulb buds began to flower bud differentiation early in June, and completed on August 10.2) Tulip bulbs were planted in Shanghai experimental field, and divided into five levels: diameter (9-11) cm, (7-9) cm, (5-7) cm. Results showed that the larger the ball diameter, the better in height, flower diameter, leaf number, and anthocyanin content.3) Determination of photosynthetic parameters showed that net photosynthetic rate showed a "double peak" curve, and E (transpiration rate), Gs (Gs), Ci (intercellular CO2 concentration) showed a positive correlation trend.4) Tulip flowering period regulation is focused on Spring Festival flowering. Tulip bulbs were stored in 5℃for different time: 6 weeks, 7 weeks, 8 weeks, 9 weeks and 10 weeks. The results showed that the longer the cold treatment, the shorter the time getting to flowering, the higher the scape, and flowers were relatively larger, which indicated that the duration of cold storage has a great influence on the whole plant. In order to choose the right flowers for festival, calculated the right time for cold treatment in advance, select the appropriate storage time, and thus obtain tulip flowers for the festival.5) The utilize of tulip flowers: as the experimental application materials, a bud mutation tulip is the introduction of the bulb after years of domestication, which were selected for growth in the local tulip varieties. To promote the planting, tulip flowers were need to be knocked down in the breed of bulbs.With flowers in the high anthocyanin content, can produce flower food. This will not only enrich the flower food market, but also for the tulip bulb production has increased efficiency.
