Clogging problem of drip emitters is one of the most important reasons for the development of drip irrigation. By the support of some projects such as the State 863 Key Project of China,the National Nature Science Foundation,the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and so on, I improved the water hybrid system and the pressure control system of the laboratory experiment platform ,to ensure the high uniformity of water and the high precision of the pressure,and to complete emitters test on clear water and strengthened clogging test.In the aspect of strengthened clogging experiments:the tests in clogging condition of six new kinds of drip emitters were carried out to analysis the uniformity and the clogging rate of emitters.The results showed that ,in normal and micro pressure, the uniformity coefficient is more suitable to reflect the clogging rate with emitters'part clogging; as the normal uniformity coefficient is more suitable with emitters'fully clogging. The structural characteristics are more reflected to the anti-clogging ability of drip emitters.When the wide compared with the deep is 1:1,emitters have better anti-clogging ability.In micro-pressure,when the flow rate is above 0.5m/s,emitters have better anti-clogging ability.The HWP double-passageway emitters can provide enough flow in micro-pressure.Pressure compensating emitters have starting water pressure under the micro-pressure so that the working condition is influenced.but the uniformity of water flow and the anti-clogging performance are good when the pressure is over starting water pressure.The flow rate of pressure compensating emitters is grow with pressure,but the emitters don't play a part in pressure compensating under the micro-pressure.So we need to decrease the thickness of rubber slice and to use more easily denatured rubber material.In conclusion,this paper improved the water hybrid system and the pressure control system of the laboratory experiment platform, systematically analysed the uniformity and the clogging rate of emitters in clogging condition,researched the influence of structural characteristics to the anti-clogging performance,showed that Pressure compensating emitters have starting water pressure under the micro-pressure,all these will provide theoretical and technical guidances for new-type emitters development.
