Corn is an important food crops, the utilization of heterosis in maize yield on their achievement. Although the mechanism of heterosis in a lot of genetic research, but for heterosis understanding of the molecular biological mechanism is still limited, further study of hybrid maize on Mechanism of great theoretical and practical significance.This study chooses the endosperm of maize, carried out a series of research, the main results obtained as follows(1) In this work, Saturation hybridization using genome can effectively reduce the high abundance gene in the proportion of homogenization library to achieve good homogenization effect.(2) 10368 articles longer than 500bp of PCR product. Pollination endosperm increased number of clones expressed differentially expressed clones accounted for 71.6% of the total.28.4% reduction in expression.(4) in these differentially expressed genes, ZMABI4, MADS-BOX-29 and 22 kDa zein and grain weight, which has close relationship between regulation relationship, constitute of corn kernels gene regulation network control weight. ZMABI4, MADS BOX-29 and 22 kDa zein in hybrid and the differences between the parents may express heterosis formation.
