To learn more about the Performance of EQing NO.1 hybrids pigs, we developed this research. There are two parts in this research, the maternal line selection of the EQing NO.1 and the attribute testing of the EQing NO.l hybrids pigs. We select the maternal line by the MAS way to aim at the reproductive ability to improve the breeding efficiency; We designed four test crosses groups for the performance of the hybrids pigs. The results show us, the result of the maternal line selection has Achieved the desired objectives, but the performance of the hybrids pigs still to be improved.We detected two Molecular markers(ESR,FSHβ) that are relatived with the litter size in the sow groups, and the same as Hal gene. The results show that, there is no pig which Hal gene is positive for eliminating; The influence of different genotypes of ESR gene for litter size is AA>AB>BB, which is different with some report before, so we surmise that it maybe has different gene effect in distinct breed; The influence of different genotypes of FSHβgene for litter size is BB>AA>AB, we learn from some reports, the Dominant gene is A in the local breeds, and it is B in the external breeds, while New Qingping pig is mixed with local and external lineage, so, BB type is the dominant gene for the economic benefits.The data of the hybrids pigs for slaughter test show that, there is significant relationship between H-FABP gene with IMF. We got the result that Hhbbddaa type is the dominant gene for high IMF, which is inconsistented with some reports that HHBBddaa type is dominant genotypes. So we surmise that it may be the slaughter test size is not enough, but we also can't rule out the possibility that the different gene has different effect in distinct breed.The information of performance and slaughter test from the four different test groups show that, the ADG of DaQing group is 767.10g, and FCR is 3.18, which compared with the other three groups is the best one; The data of carcass traits and meat quality show us, the lean meat percentage of DaQing group is 57.60%, and it's IMF is 3.68%, the results show that the meat quality of DaQing hybrids pig is the best.According to the data of the research, we consider that there had been more improvements than Qingping pigs, but it still can't achieve the desired objectives, so the program needs to be improved, maybe three-line will be right.
