Rapid Propagation Of Virus-Freeseed Potatoin Promoting Research,Taking Hanzhong District As An Example

The detoxified potato seeds is the effective ways to solve degradation problems to improve potato production capacity, therefore this research aimed to use the method of test and promoting technology demonstration, combine the application of tissue rapid propagation of micro-potato tissue and build up a breeding base to demonstrate the pattern including minitubers, original native species and well-bred breeding base mode in order to demonstrate detoxified potato seeds in production of potato in hanzhong. This research was carried out to provide the virus-free potato rapid propagation technique, theoretical basis and application of these techniques for hanzhong city and its surrounding radiation areas. Also these techniques of popularization and application in practice were discussed. This study fully used the superiority of the geographical superiority, climatic conditions advantage, government support advantages and scientific advantages to develop potato production. Based on the platform of professional potato promotion research center, we organized the training to spread virus-free potato rapid propagation technique to scientific and technological personnel or farmers. The results showed that the appropriated extending mode for hanzhong area was to combine research institutes, company and peasant household in order to achieve the comprehensive coverage of virus-free potato. In conclusion, the rapid propagation technology and promotion demonstration of virus-free potato is important to the develop potato industry of hanzhong. The improvement of virus-free potato well-bred breeding and its cultivation technique are the effective measures to guarantee of the supply of virus-free potato and promote the rapid development of industrialization of local potato.
