With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people pay increasing attention to the quality of agricultural products after their quantity demands for those products were satisfied. However, because of various reasons, particularly the unfavorable soil conditions and the improper management of water and fertilizer management, the yield and the quality of crops have been seriously affected, and their edible value and commercial value has not been fully realized. Therefore, how to supply crops with nutrient elements through effective ways to improve the quality of agricultural products has become a key point which needs to be studied.As a indispensable nutritive elements for plants, iron makes an extremely important role not only for the plant growthing development and the quality of agricultural products , but also for human health. Because of the high pH value and good aeration of calcareous soil in northern China, the effectiveness of iron is greatly reduced, which may lead to the severe iron deficiency and chlorosis phenomenon. Furthermore, this will has seriously impact on the iron content and quality of fruits. Although, a lot of research work has been done, there is still a lack of a cheap, easy and effective way to the supply of iron for plants. Based on those previous works, with field experiments, by measuring the relevant quality indicators and the leaf iron content, this research systematically studied the effects of different compounds of Compound amino acid-Iron Complex Fertilizer on the quality of fruits, which can help to deal with quality decline caused by the iron nutritional deficiency and also to provide theoretical basis and effective solutions for the control of human iron deficiency by increasing the iron content in fruits and improving dietary conditions .Through a two-year experimental research, following conclusions can be drawn:1. a study which tested several different iron preparations showed that they all have effects on the iron deficiency chlorosis of kiwi fruit in calcareous soil. Among them, the ferric citrate and the iron-amino acid complex show a more significant effect, and the effect of ferric citrate is the greatest. However, considered the production cost, Compound amino acid-Iron Complex Fertilizer is the best one.2. There was a significantly impact on fruit quality and leaf iron content of kiwi fruit, while spraying different concentrations of compound amino acid-iron complex fertilizer in calcareous soil. The effects showed an increasing trend with the increase of the spraying concentration; but as the concentration increases to a certain extent, if the concentration continues to increase, the fruit content of soluble solids and soluble sugar showed a decreasing tend. After the comprehensive consideration of its effects and economic benefits, 1000 times is the best choice of different spraying concentrations.3. There was a significantly impact on fruit quality and leaf iron content of new-Gala apple, while spraying different concentrations of compound amino acid-iron complex fertilizer in calcareous soil. The effects on the fruits showed an increasing trend with the increase of the spraying concentration. Familiar with kiwi fruit, as the concentration increases to a certain extent, if the concentration continues to increase, the fruit content of soluble solids and soluble sugar showed a decreasing tend. After the comprehensive consideration of its effects and economic benefits, 1000 times is the best choice of different spraying concentrations.4. Based on the results obtained, considering the factors of the fruit quality enhancement and the prevention and treatment of chlorosis, Compound amino acid-Iron Complex Fertilizer is the best one among those iron preparations for application and extension The recommended and suitable concentration of the dilution for spraying is 1000 times.
