Male sterile is one of the imporeant ways of utilization of heterosis which is of great signifiance to grain production.The study of male sterility mchanism must be rovide a solid theoretical basis. In this research,by the way of half quantitative PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis, the expression quantity changing trends in different developmental periods of three gene in several male sterility wheats(1B/1R K-type sterility line 732A and its maintainer line 732B, Non-1B/1R K-type sterility line 3314A and its maintainer line 3314B and YS-type sterility line A3017)growed in the condition of artificial temperature. The Main outcome as follows:The no.1 and no.2 genes are related to these male sterile lines' abortion which used in the experiment;but the gene FJ803924, only reveals apparent relationships with the sterility of Non-1B/1R K-type sterility line 3314A. The gene FJ803924 codes Phosphoric acid diethanolamine-N-methyl transferase,which expresses in Wheat and rice , has relationships with the sterility of the rice.The difference of fertility gene's expression quantity in these male sterile lines turns up at meiosis stage and the key development period of abortion these wheat male sterile lines are mononuclear period or the stage between mononuclear period and dinucleate period. frequently,the dinucleate period is the peak of fertility gene's expression quantity or the turning period between expression and no expression.To a certain kind of wheat, the expression quantity in high temperature is always exceed the low temperature in the same development period; The effect of different temperatures to the genic expression appears in two ways:changing the expression quantity or changing the expression period. Non-1B/1R K-type sterility line and its maintainer line get more influence of the different temperature than the 1B/1R K-type sterility line and its maintainer line.Low temperature can change the expression periods of some gene,which may cause the production of some genes not enough when needed and finally lead to male abortion.
