| Through two different salt solutions Na2SO4,Na2CO3 stressed to two species of Atriplex and Suaeda seeds aiming at studying the salt stress on seeds germination. Besides, it tested several physiological changes of Conductivity, chlorophyll, MDA, SOD and the content of the soluble protein which in this two plants'leaves, the conclusions just were as below:(1) First, using different concentrations of sodium sulfate solutions to deal with the seeds of the plants'seedlings,so as to study their cumulative germination percentage, germination energy,vitality index. We came to a conclusion that salt stress could not only delaye seeds' germination but also reduce seeds'germination rate. What was worse,with the increase of stress concentration, could completely inhibit the seeds'germination,the complex water of germination experiments showed that the inhibited seeds did not lose their activity, but their germination was inhibited. Once suitable environment given, seeds would germinate one more time.Germination and vigor index of seeds showed that the salt tolerance in Atriplex was higher than seeds of Suaeda seeds'.(2) Analysis contentions showed different physiological indexes had greatly differences with different salt concentration treatments.Due to the salt stress,MDA content of two young plants increased greatly than contrast. With the increase of stress concentration and the extension of stress time,the SOD activity of two leaf blades had basicly continued to rise or first increased then decreased, however,it can still keep in than the control level,relative electric conductivity were increasing,Chlorophyll decline significantly than contrast, however, soluble protein rise than contrast.(3) On seed index regression analysis of two plants,we finally draw a conclusion that the appropriate value, critical value and the limit of salt stress provided the basis for later plant salt tolerance evaluation process of seed setting and index of the concentration of screening.Meanwhile,we made linear fitting between the plant physiology index and the salt resistance sex, and the linear regression equation showed fitting effect was very good and the decisive coefficients were more than 0.9, regression relations had reached a significant level,either.(4) Using subordinate function method and ars coefficient method, this study evaluated comprehensive evaluation of several physiological indexes by sodium sulfate solution stress,and made unanimous conclusion:both Atriplex and Suaeda were high salt tolerance plants,and the former salt-tolerant was higher than the latter. Correlation coefficient analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between SOD content of Atriplex shore chenopodiaceae seedling and salt concentration,the remaining indexes and salt concentration had significant correlation. |
