Temperature and humidity measurement and control is widely used in the agricultural production applications, especially in the field of poultry breeding. Temperature and humidity directly affects birds hatch and growth, the economic benefits of breeders and cultivation enterprise is directly related with the control accuracy. Embedded technology is a new high-tech disciplines, its application in breeding industry will produce significant influence to the economy benefits.At present, most of temperature and humidity control come true by means of traditional PLC or the single-chip commputer completes.While embedded ARM equipment has high frequency CPU, and operating system can be transplanted into the development board,so it can process data faster and analysis the real-time environment situation better,then take the corresponding control method.This paper have analysed the breeding hatch industry temperature and humidity control requirements, and the characteristics of the embedded system and application area, put forward the technology of using ARM+Linux to control the temperature and humidity of the hatch box.The embedded temperature and humidity control system has extendibility, transportability, fast response, small volume etc.Characteristics.This article first introduces the development situation of breeding incubation industry, and embedded ARM processor in agricultural and industrial applications of temperature and humidity control, and designs the technological route of the whole control system.Then make control goals of the whole temperature and humidity system through the analysis of environmental temperature and humidity chickens hatch.By comparing various kinds of temperature and humidity sensor on the market, chose DS18B20 temperature sensor and HS1101 humidity sensors to collect relative humidity, and design the periphery of the circuit.Software components based on the ARM+Linux technology,by constructing cross-compiling environment, U-boot and Linux kernel cut and configuration and they're transplanted into S3C2410 target board, and produced root filesystem.Finally it designs the temperature and humidity test using the ADS1.2, to get the current values of environment temperature and humidity. |
