In 0.1KHz-3 980KHz frequency range, with the determination of the frequency increases, 'Yate' Kiwifruit in the complex impedance (Z), reactance (X),, parallel equivalent inductance (Lp) and parallel equivalent resistance (Rp) declining, while the electrical conductivity (σ) has gradually increased, the equivalent parallel capacitance (Cp) decreases and then increases, wavy.(2) measured at the same frequency, with the increase of storage period 'Atlantis' Kiwifruit in the complex impedance (Z), parallel equivalent resistance (Rp), reactance (X) decreases, electrical conductivity (σ) and parallel equivalent capacitance (Cp) increases gradually, parallel equivalent inductance (Lp) change irregularly.(3) 0.1kHz frequency can be used as 'Yate' Kiwifruit electrical characteristics of non-destructive testing based on the determination of characteristic frequency.(4) The characteristic frequency at 0.1kHz, the soluble solids (TSS) and Z, Cp, Lp, Rp,σ, and X showed a highly significant correlation coefficients were -0.996 **, -0.999 **, -0.997 **, -0.997 **, 0.992 ** and -0.994 **. Z, Cp, Lp, Rp,σ, and X can be used as reflection of 'Yate' Kiwi Fruit soluble solids (TSS) of the sensitive electrical parameters.Characteristic frequency at 0.1kHz, 'Yate' Kiwifruit harvest value and theσvalues of Cp correlation with Vc was significantly negative correlation coefficient is -0.996 ** and -0.993 **, indicating that Cp values andσvalue can serve as a reflection of 'Yate' Kiwifruit sensitive electrical Vc content indicators.Characteristic frequency at 0.1kHz, 'Yate' Kiwifruit firmness, ethylene production rate, respiratory rate and glucose content was measured with the Z, Rp, Cp, Lp,σand X six power index was significantly correlated, so The six indicators as reflected in the electrical 'Yate' kiwi fruit firmness, ethylene production rate, respiratory rate and glucose content of the sensitive electrical parameters.Characteristic frequency at 0.1kHz, 'Yate' Kiwifruit moisture content, titratable acid content and starch content and the complex Z, Rp, Cp, Lp,σand X six electrical parameters were not significantly correlated. Therefore, the six electrical parameters are not well reflect the 'Atlantis' Kiwifruit harvest moisture content, titratable acid content and starch content.(5) 1-MCP treatment can fiction Kiwi Fruit ethylene production rate and respiration rate increased, delayed ethylene and respiration peak time, reducing the peak of ethylene and respiration; fiction kiwi fruit firmness and starch content decreased, delayed content of soluble solids and increased rate of glucose, but no significant effect on Vc content. 1-MCP treatments on 'Atlantis' Storage of Kiwifruit has a good effect. |
