| The germplasm resource of tea is the material basis for its development and utilization. The south of Shannxi is the northernst growth area of tea in China. There are abundance of germplasm resources and also a long history. But for some reseaon, the study and utilization of the germplasm resource was few. So in my work , I have identified and evaluated the agronomic characteristic, tea quality , the main biochemical components and stress resistance of 50 tea germplasms of Northwest A & F University tea Research Station. The result showed that:1. According to the breeding objective of the green tea, Fuqun-1, Fudingqunti, Nanjiang-4, Qianmei-303 and Fudingdabaicha were found with some notable agronomic characteristics. The main characteristics of Fudingqunti, Nanjiang-4, Qianmei-303 and Fudingdabaicha were middle leaf, green color, micro-uplift leaf upper surface and much bud pubescence. The main characteristics of Fuqun-1 were same as Fudingqunti, Nanjiang-4, Qianmei-303 and Fudingdabaicha except the uplift leaf upper surface.2. The shape, liquor color, aroma, taste and the infused leaf of Zhejiangmuhezhong, Yingshuang, Yichangdayezhong, Qimenzhuyezhong, Zhangke-1 and Nanjiangqunti were excellent.But Rongcheng, Jiangzichanglindaye, Xixiangdahe-6, Nanjiang-1 and Qianmei-303 were poor.3. The content of polyphenol in all tea cultivars in this study are higher. The content of amino acid in Zhuyezhong,Guangdong Lechangbaimaocha and Xixiangdahe-4 are more than 4.00%. while the content in Meitanmingchabianzhong and Yingshaung are less than 1%. The content of caffeine in Zhuyezhong,Jiangxinongzhouzhong,Zhejiangzisun and Cuifeng are all more than 4%. While the content of caffeine in Longjingqunti and Xixiangdahe-6 are all less than 0.5%.So Longjingqunti, zhuyezhong, Meitanmingchabianzhong, Guangdong Lechangbaimaocha, Xixiangdahe-6, Xixiangdahe-4 and Yingshuang can be used as breeding parents varieties of high polyphenols, high amino acids, high and low caffeine.4. From the leaf anatomical structure, conductivity, SOD and CAT activity aspects,and so on, we know that the cold resistance,drought resistance and diseases & insect resistance of Zhejiangmuhezhong,Xiangguliaobaihao,Rongcheng, Jiangxichanglindaye, Ribensoubeizhong, Fuqun-1, Xixiangdahe-10, Nanjiang-4 and Zhenong-113 were stronger.5. The clustering analysis results show that the 50 tea cultivars can be classified into 3 groups. Group I display strong resistance.Groupâ…¡have good agronormic characteristics and quality. Group III have high biochemical components. |
