Object:Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov et Nikolski are dominant pest on cottons and vegetables in Xinjiang. It is very difficult to control it because the mites have high fertility and short generations period. Currently, plant protection workers are always using chemicals to control mainly general mite, thus produced environmental problems and pest drug-resistant problems. Abamectin and Pyridaben are the common insecticide in Xinjiang. In this research we do experimental on T. turkestani's population indoors for resistance selection. And research from the aspects of physiology and biology resistance for degree and resistance mechanism. In order to propose the scientific method to control the mite.Methods:(1)Resistant foster:It is used two kinds of pesticides:Abamectin and Pyridaben, to selected sensitive T. turkestani which raised indoors without any pesticide more than 60 generations. (2) Research on ecological fitness:Make life tables of T. Turkestani through four temperature conditions (20℃,24℃,28℃,32℃) then to observe individual growth and development. (3) Research for resistance mechanism. In this research to compare drug-resistance and sensitive T. turkestani on the detoxifying enzymes. Results:In breeding with Abamectin was for 6.3953 after 24 selected, and 6.8930 after 20 selected with Pyridaben. When use the Abamectin and Pyridaben to selected the mite,we found that the mite resistance of Pyridaben to develop relatively fast than Abamectin. To compared T. turkestani two resistance strain and sensitive strain, we found that two resistance T. turkestani strain was fitness defects on survival, fertility, etc.And Abamectin resistant strains for degrees Rf value for 20℃:0.5553; 24℃:0.7065; 28℃:0.4550; 32℃:0.6280; Resistant strains of pyridaben suits degree respectively Rf value for 20℃:0.6105; 24℃:0.6283; 28℃:0.6601; 32℃:0.6601, two strains four temperature conditions were less than 1. Population growth is on the disadvantages. T. turkestani to Abamectin and Pyridaben resistance and detoxifying enzymes related changes in activity. But different detoxifying enzymes vigor realizable different. Alkaline phosphatase enzymes and three types of protection than vigor in sensitive strain and Abamectin resistant strains that performance in alkaline phosphatase differences in the process of detoxification abamectin plays a role. Multi-functional oxidase, acidic phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, glutathione- S- shift enzyme in sensitive strain than vigor and anti pyridaben there are differences in strains, so these detoxifying enzymes in the process of detoxification pyridaben plays a role. Conclusion:To compared the sensitive T. turkestani and drug-resistance these two elixir resistant T. turkestani we can found that resistant strain are disadvantage on fitness. And the main reasons are the change of detoxifying enzymes and and different resistance mechanism are different. Therefore,we can use two or several insecticide with different acaricidal agent alternately,to delay the resistance, achieve sustainable management process.
