At present, there is less study about the relationship of amendments -products-heavy metal-microbial system,as well as microbal influnce on products in different growth period.This test focuses on Zn-Cr Combined Stress soil, with 4 amendments (inorganic amendments:lime and SSP; organic amendments:straw and fowl manure),to study the effects of 4 amendments on the strength of soil respiration, microbe biomass and diversity in the tillering stage, booting stage and filling stage of rice.Main original conelusions were shownasfollows.(1) Four amendments have strengthened soil respiration. Straw and fowl manure high concentration process is better than other process, whose average value is 50.6% and 6.3% respectively. The maximum value is 557.22 mg·kg-1·24h-1 in tillering stage of straw high concentration process. In different growth stages of rice, soil respiration intensity maximum values appear in the wheat straw treatment of high concentration, high concentration of chicken manure and lime in the treatment of high concentration of health, than the control,28.6% and 182.43% respectively. Description of high concentration modifiers on soil respiration of better.(2) Four amendments significantly improve soil microbial biomass carbon at the different growth stage of rice.The maxium of soil biomass C appeared in the high concentration treatment of the fowl manure at the tillering and booting stage of rice 219.3% and 189.9% compared to the CK,respectively.At the filling stage that appeared in the lime treatment,227.6% compared to the CK,which indicated that high concentration of fowl manure treatment and low concentration of lime treatment could well promote the soil biomass C.(3) Four amendments are significantly improves the soil microbial biomass nitrogen at different growth stages of rice. In rice tillering stage and grain-filling stage, soil Nmic occurs with maximum value in the treatment of high concentration of chicken manure, than the control whose value increased,70.7%. At booting stage in rice, and maximum values appear in soil microbial biomass nitrogen concentrations in chicken feces,119.5% per cent increase compared to its value. Visible chicken manure to improve the effectiveness of soil microbial biomass nitrogen and has a more obvious.(4)In rice tillering stage, wheat straw and chicken manure is effectively improving the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen ratio, reduces soil microbial metabolism. At booting stage in rice and grain-filling stage, lime low concentrations of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen ratio increased significantly reduces soil microbial metabolic quotient of SSP.(5)In rice different reproductive period, fungi maximum value respectively appears in straw high concentration processing and chicken manure high concentration processing in the, its value respectively than controlled increased has 86.5%, and 31.8% and 12.4%; bacteria maximum value are appears in chicken manure in the concentration processing in the, its value respectively than controlled increased has 332.4%, and 171.4% and 171.4%; Actinomycetes maximum value are appears in chicken manure high concentration processing in the, its value respectively than controlled increased has 212.9%, and 222.4% and 181.5%. In different growth stages of rice, occurs with minimum values for the various types of microbes in inorganic improver and below control values indicating inhibition of inorganic conditioner on soil micro-organisms with a certain degree. Soil microbial flora of bacteria as advantage.(6) Using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) study on the different amendments on influence of soil microbial community structure in grain-filling stage in rice, found different amendments make the obvious change in soil microbial community functional diversity. Compared with the control impose inorganic amendments quicklime, SSP to a certain extent reduces the fungus species richness, diversity indices, high concentration of lime is reducing the richness and diversity of bacteria. Organic amendments, significant increases in wheat straw and chicken manure species richness and diversity of microbes. Test cluster analysis results of soil fungi in soil fungi are divided into two large groups, with concentrations in the treatment of high concentration of chicken manure and straw community structure is similar to, and remaining clearly in different branches.
