Soil animals are an important ecosystem decomposition is relatively stable ecosystem biological composition, therefore, the composition and quantity of soil animals on the indicative of changes in the environment. In recent years, China has been a number of different land use types on soil fauna research, but the cultivated area in Sanjiang Plain, non-farming comparative study of soil animals has been reported rarely. Sanjiang Plain is the major commodity grain production base in China, but also the distribution of the largest swamp area, bear the economic and ecological functions of the dual task. In this paper, four soil types in Sanjiang Plain, non-cultivated soil tillage and animal numbers, species composition and distribution of the investigation, soil animals to reveal the relationship between the environment and community, as the soil in Sanjiang Plain and Fauna Investigation study provides basic data for the agricultural sector to provide relevant information for environmental management sector decision-making.Study site selection Jian San Jiang in Heilongjiang Province, Fujin, Honghe farm. Jian San Jiang hinterland in the Sanjiang Plain. Arable land in sub Jiansanjiang select four plots, which are black, swamp soil, soil and meadow soil of white pulp, non-cultivated land in the selected two plots, which are black and white slurry soil; Honghe Conservation Select an area that is non-arable land plots marsh soil; Fujin select a sample to that of non-arable land meadow soil; a total of eight plots. Marsh soil and meadow soil in which the non-cultivated land and land plots from the relatively distant, is due to large areas of land in the Sanjiang Plain has been reclaimed, it is difficult to find the nearest, and the choice of these two plots are also representative. Two samples, the four soil types in Sanjiang Plain of farming and non farming area from the perspective of ecological geography, through the combination of field sampling and laboratory tests on soil fauna communities 8 carried out a systematic survey and classification and identification with a total soil Animal 13805, belonging to 4, 7 classes, 18 orders, 3 sub-orders, 52 families. Formicidae dominant groups, a mite suborder, line Lumbricidae in Class 3. 8 small communities there are dominant groups of soil animals suborder Oribatida. Number of individuals between different communities, group number and biomass distribution among the total is not exactly the same, showing the complexity of the composition of biological communities. Large soil animals than the number of small and medium rich soil fauna, but the unit area is much larger than the number of soil animals in small and medium large number of soil animals. Different land use, soil type, the habitat will make the composition of soil animals have differences between cultivated and non cultivated land, among the four soil types have their own endemic species. The similarity of soil animal communities the same soil type, land use the same no significant correlation.Soil animals are an important agricultural component of the ecosystem, the ecosystem in the fields of energy flow and nutrient cycling plays an important role. Sanjiang Plain four representative soil types of soil animals in a systematic survey and classification and identification. A total of 7031 soil animals, 51 classes, belonging to 16 orders, 4, 7 classes, 39 families, of which the dominant groups Class 3, Class 8 common groups, rare groups of 40 class. Various sizes, small number of animals and soil differences in species composition, meadow soil large number and variety of soil animals most albic large and small animals, the number and types of soil are the least. In the diversity analysis, large size of soil animal diversity index of swamp soil> meadow soil> black> white slurry soil, and the richness and evenness index were positively correlated with the dominance index was a negative correlation; small soil animals diversity index there was no significant correlation. Between the four soil types the degree of similarity of soil animals were higher, mostly middle-similar, only the marsh soil and meadow soil is very similar.
