Ensuring food security is a severe problem in our country. With the rapid development of the process of agricultural industrialization, as well as the growth of international trade of agricultural products, the problem that pesticide residue exceeds the safe limit is highlighted, which has become one of factors that affects the physical quality and fitness of the whole population, and hinder the development of international trade. In order to solve these questions, the following measurements should be taken:First of all, make sure the appropriate use of pesticide, strengthen supervision; secondly, take measurements to detoxicate the pesticide residue.In order to address the second problem, this thesis proposes a feasible method, and meanwhile on based on neural network, it designs an pesticide removal equipment, which utilizes ultrasonic wave to disturb organic pesticide molecular chain with combination with the strong oxidation of ozone to get rid of the pesticide residue.Considering of the feature that pesticide removal equipment can be used in disposing multitudinous agricultural products, the study adopts neural network to drill the data of agricultural samples, and then produce pesticide removal equipment running parameter to gain intelligent control. The study is carried out on account of energy saving, reducing equipment depreciation as well as the intensity of work.
