| The aquaculture industry, especially fish breeding techniques, has been developing rapidly in recent years. Being a lower vertebrate living in either freshwater or seawater, its physical structure and function reflects the adaptability of water environment. Fish blood, a kind of animal body, can be involved in humoral transportation adjustment, defenses and maintain homeostasis. The blood biochemical of normal fish could reflect the index of the attribute and animal species, normal physiological condition. It has important connection with the body's metabolism, nutrition and disease .The blood index changes when a fish gets diseases accordingly. Therefore, the blood index can evaluate the conditions and provide theoretical references for fish disease prevention.Cynoglossus semilaevis is a large bottom water fish in offshore area. The average length of females is 523mm and the longest length 800 mm above. The average length of males is 280mm. It is distributed in China's coastal areas, mainly, bohai sea and yellow sea.Solea senegalensis,distributed in southern Europe and Mediterranean coasts, and inhabits less than 100m into freshwater lakes and shallow waters along the shore. It has a subtle, sweet unique flavor, fleshy delicate delicious, low fat content, and beautiful figure. Common sole is popular as traditional rare fish in Europe. There is a large market in Europe, Japan and the United States, and was introduced to China in 2003.There have been many reports at home and abroad about fish blood index. There has not any reports about biochemical indicators of Cynoglossus semilaevis and physiological and biochemical indexes of Common sole, except physiological indexes of Cynoglossus semilaevis (Wang Ke, 2008). The experiment was a preliminary comprehensive research on normal blood index of Cynoglossus semilaevis and Solea senegalensis. At the same time, the study analyzed disease fish blood indicators. The results showed that there are differences in physiological indexes between health group and infection group. Physiological indexes perform as reduction of the number and the volume after being infected The number of leucocytes increased significantly, especially lymphocyte. Its biochemical changes displays in: TG, CHOL, TP, a significant reduction ALB, also GLU, ALT, AST, CK, ALP increased obviously ,CREA, UREA, increased also, Ca2+, Mg2+, P, little changes. From these indicators, we can see fish in disease changes in appearance and the inner blood index. |
