| The experiment was conducted to study the effects of chlorogenic acid on growth performance, antioxidant and non-spercific immunity functions of jian carp.360 jian carp with an average weight of (62.93±5.82)g were selected,and randomly dividede into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 fishs in each replicate.0,100,200,400 and 800 mg/kg of Chlorogenic Acid were added to the diets of 5 groups respectively.On the 10th,20th,30th,40th day of the experiment,samples of each group were selected,and then relative growth rate(RGR),condition factor(CF),intestine index,hepatopancreas index; superoxide dismutase vitality(SOD), catalase vitality(CAT), total antioxidation ability of serum(T-AOC),content of malondialdehyde(MDA); head kidney index,spleen index,phagocytic index of leukocyte and erythrocytes in blood,plasma lysozyme vitality, plasma albumin,content of complement C3,C4 and IgM in plasma were determined. When the experiment ended,survival rate(SR),protein efficiency ratio(PER) and feed efficiency ratio(FER) of each group were calculated.72 jian carp with an average weight of (103.42±10.13)g were selected,and randomly dividede into 2 groups to Resistance against the infection from Aeromonas hydrophila.The results showed that:(1) After the experiment,FER of each chlorogenic acid group were degraded,and PER of them upgraded. On the 40th day,the RGR of 200 mg/kg dose group was significantly higher (P<0.05). In the whole experiment period,the CF of each group were have no difference(P>0.05). On the 30th day,the intestine index of 200mg/kg dose group was was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). On the 40th day,the hepatopancreas index and intestine index of 200 mg/kg dose group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),On the 40th day,the hepatopancreas index of 400 mg/kg dose group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).(2) On the 10th day, the SOD vitality of 100,200,800 mg/kg dose group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the SOD vitality of 400 mg/kg dose group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01);the CAT,T-AOC and MDA of each group were have no difference with the control group(P>0.05). On the 20th day,the SOD and CAT of each chlorogenic acid group were the same of those on the 10th day,the T-AOC and MDA of 400,800 mg/kg dose group have significantly difference with the control group(P<0.05). On the 30th day,the SOD of 100,200,400 mg/kg dose group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),the CAT of 400 mg/kg dose group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the T-AOC and MDA of200,400 mg/kg dose group have significantly difference with the control group(P<0.05). On the 40th day,the SOD of 100,200,400 mg/kg were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the CAT,T-AOC and MDA of 200,400 mg/kg does group have significantly difference with the control group(P<0.01).(3) On the 30th day,head kidney index of 100,200 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). On the 20th and 30th day,the spleen index of 200,400 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). In the whole experiment period, phagocytic vitality of leukocyte and erythrocytes of 200,400 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). On the 10th and 20th day, plasma lysozyme activity of 400,800 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01);on the 30th and 40th day,plasma lysozyme activity of 200,400 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). In the whole experiment period,plasma albumin of each chlorogenic acid group have no difference with the the control group(P>0.05). On the 30th and 40th day,plasma IgM levels of 100 mg/kg does group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the plasma IgM levels of 200,400 mg/kg does group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). On the 30th day,content of complement C3 in plasma of each chlorogenic acid group were all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01);on the 40th day,the content of complement C3 in plasma of 800 mg/kg does group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), the content of complement C3 in plasma of 100,200,400 mg/kg does group were all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). On the 20th and 30th day,the content of complement C4 in plasma of each chlorogenic acid group were all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),on the 40th day,the content of complement C4 in plasma of 100,200,800 mg/kg does group were all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the content of complement C4 in plasma of 400 mg/kg does group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).(4) The infection trial result showed the chlorogenic acid had a good effect on the jian carp against the infection from Aeromonas hydrophila.In conclusion, (1) adding 200 mg/kg chlorogenic acid can promote growth of jian carp(Cyprinus carpio var. Jian); (2) adding 200,400 mg/kg of chlorogenic acid can enhance antioxidant and non-specific immunity function of jian carp(Cyprinus carpio var.Jian); (3) 200-400 mg/kg chlorogenic acid can be recommend to use in jian carp(Cyprinus carpio var.Jian). |
