This paper reviews the research situation of the indoles butyric acid, the development direction of domestic and foreign pesticide formulations, the development of nano- technology , the research situation of nano-suspension technology and the cutting propagation technology. In order to improve the efficiency of the plant cutting propagation, enhance the effective use of indoles butyrate, the phacoemulsification methods is used to prepare the indoles butyric acid nano-suspension,compared with the original agent indoles butyric acid, the indoles butyric acid nano-suspension is better to promote Euonymus japonicus Thunb. green branches cutting. The main research work and the results are as follows:1. The preparation process of the indoles butyric acid nano-suspension is: using the phacoemulsification methods, the concentration of indoles butyric acid macroporous is 500mg/L, the dosage of Tween 80 is 1%, the sample injection rate is equal to 0.1mL/s, the phacoemulsification time is 60min.2. The indoles butyric acid nano-suspension which is preparated with the optimum conditions, is observated with the SEM, the average size is between 250~300nm, is observated with the TEM, the maximum size is 330nm. The infrared spectral analysis shows that there is no big change in the structure and composition, the stability is good.3. The rooting effect experiment of the indoles butyric acid nano-suspension to promote Euonymus japonicus Thunb. green branches cutting is: in the middle of October, acquisiting the seedtrees'sprouting branches, clipping the branches tops with buds, soaking the base in 150mg/L indoles butyric acid nano-suspension for 6h, cutting the cuttings in the vermiculite matrix. The results are as follows:(1) Compared with the original agent indoles butyric acid, the indoles butyric acid nano- suspension is better to promote Euonymus japonicus Thunb. green branches cutting. When the concentration is 150mg/L, compared with the same concentration original agent indoles butyric acid, the callus formation's time and the adventitious roots formation's time all shorten 4d, the average rooting rate increases 14.59%, the average roots number increase 23.69%, the effect is obvious; when the concentration is 200mg/L, compared with the same concentration original agent indoles butyric acid, the longest adventitious roots length and the roots range diameter respectively increase 29.07% and 18.87%, the effect is obvious; when the concentration is 100mg/L, compared with the same concentration original agent indoles butyric acid, the average roots roughness increase 22.5%, the effect is obvious.(2) During the Euonymus japonicus Thunb. green branches cutting, as the passage of cutting time, the rooting nutrients and the enzyme activity from cuttings internal regularly change. Take the example of 150mg/L indoles butyric acid nano-suspension treatment group, after cutting 10d, the total content of the leaves chlorophyll, the content of the leaves soluble protein and the content of the leaves soluble sugar all reach the maximum value, compared with the same concentration original agent indoles butyric acid, improving respectively 37.25%,37.66% and 83.74%, and compared with the water contrast group, improving respectively 58.47%,51.43% and 99.47%; after cutting 30d, the basal cortex POD activity and the basal cortex PPO activity all reach the maximum value, compared with the same concentration original agent indoles butyric acid, improving respectively 19.41% and 23.26%, and compared with the water contrast group, improving respectively 38.78% and 30.86%, the effect is notable.
