The market pressingly needs a large number of technology maturity power transmission and distribution equipments with high parameters, good performance and high reliability. High voltage switches, as an important part of power transmission equipments, face the enormous structural improvements. In recent years, China has experienced a level8.0earthquake in Wenchuan,level7.8earthquake in Yushu and frequent earthquakes around level5in southwest, a large number of power transmission equipments, particularly high voltage switches damaged in the earthquake, not only caused huge economic losses, but also increased the psychological burden of the majority of the people. Thus, the national authorities put forward new and high standards on anti earthquake performance of high voltage switch equipments, the market also put forward new claims on anti earthquake performance of high voltage switch equipments. Under this larger background, Yunkai Electric Group in Yunnan province in order to increase market competitiveness, promote economic development and protect the lives of the people, actively rechecks the anti earthquake performance of existing products, improves product's structures, researches and develops new products independently.The background of this thesis is science and technology innovation projects in Yunnan province "Yunnan Switch Factory integrated high and low voltage switch equipment design, manufacturing collaboration demonstration project". The study project is Yunnan Switchgear Factory's ZHW-31.5GIS high voltage switch equipment. Study on the modal analysis, random vibration analysis theory, spectral analysis of earthquake wave numerical simulation theories. Focus on using earthquake response spectrum analysis and synthetic earthquake wave analysis, through finite element analysis software, has an anti earthquake performance analysis on level9of ZHW-31.5GIS high voltage switch equipment and checks that the design of ZHW-31.5GIS high voltage switch equipment is reasonable.The methods of the earthquake response spectrum analysis and synthetic earthquake wave analysis what this paper used have an important guiding significance for anti earthquake design of new product. Not only enable enterprises reduce the new product's development cycles and manufacturing costs, but also improve the competitiveness of products and bring huge economic benefits for the enterprise. |
