Plasma ignition technology is one of the most advanced technology, this paper discusses the current situation of industrial development and Indian power Indian power project development needs,and analysis the Indian power engineering project of the power equipment provider of India, including the limitation of Indian government and competition policy, project cost and profit of many factors, unforeseen safety cost's greatness, the influence of the cultural differences between India and project management lag are analyzed and discussed, these problems are not conducive to the development of electric power project, to promote the new technology power and application has also brought extreme obstacles and difficulties. On this basis,in order to realize the effective management of the plasma ignition technology,the paper discusses the modes of the plasma ignition technology project management, puts forward five corresponding modes,and points out the best model combined with the needs of the technology promotion in the project management.. Simultaneously, partner selection and management method are discussed in order to the implementation of the projects and partners coordinattion for efficient work,,which provides reference model in related technology promotion model.
