The main point of this paper is the study of High frequency inductive brushless exciting system. The system realized the functional of Hybrid excitation motor by adopting the Rotary induction energy transmission technology. From the traditional Static transformer to the fresh design of Rotating transformer enabling the electric energy can be translated from the transformer original side to Rotating vice side without anything physical contact. The development of provides a new way for the brushless motor excitation. Based on this fresh way, the design of the mixed excitation protocol improves the excitation performance of motor, Which bring out the high density of energy, brushless, and efficient.High frequency inverter excitation device designed with two project, they are half bridge transform structure and the full bridge structure transform. Rotary transformer and rotary rectifier constitute of it. The core material and the parameter are introduced in the text. Simultaneously the structure, dimension, winding and rotary rectifier of the transformer are designed according to the design requirements of rotary excitation converter of high frequent inductive. The transformer leakage inductance influence on energy transfer is also analyzed in the thesis.High frequent inversion excitation device which takes armature voltage of hybrid excitation permanent-magnet generator as the input source provides rotary transformer of high frequent inductive with high frequency AC. Simultaneously it can automatically regulate the output voltage of the machine according to generator requirement. Two kinds of control schemes that one adopts the SCR scheme, the other adopts PWM modulation scheme are proposed based on the fundamental principle of high frequent inversion excitation device in the paper. Then according to two kinds of schemes, the input leveling circuit, the inverter circuit, the IGBT actuation protection circuit and the control circuit are separately designed and the test installation is manufactured.In order to reduce the switching loss of high frequent inversion, two soft switching modes are analyzed in the paper. And according to two modes, it realized soft switching of high frequent inverter circuit.Finally the manufactured installation is experimented in the paper. The experiment shows that high frequent inversion excitation device can effectively control of the excitation of hybrid poles permanent-magnet generator and make the machine output invariable voltage when it brings onto different loads according to feedback control.
