| With the improving of theory and development of appliance, the application of induction heating is broader and broader. Along with the enhancing of people's environmental protection consciousness, it has been one popular spot among the community to research and develop power supply for induction calefaction, which characteristics of high-power, high efficiency and environment-friendly.This paper presents the whole structure of the intermediate frequency induction furnace. We studied characteristics of heating load principle, law and parameters to change through the analysis and comparison of three kinds of intermediate frequency electric stove structure. The main researches are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the circuit structure of three kinds of intermediate frequency power system and the intermediate frequency electric stove basic energy consumption.(2)Analysis of the energy saving principle of intermediate frequency electric stove. Include the induction coil energy principle, intermediate frequency electric stove reactor energy principle, lining heat loss and intermediate frequency electric stove water-cooled cable and feeder bus principle of energy consumption.(3)The comprehensive energy saving design principle of intermediate frequency electric stove. Firstly, the paper contrasts the series resonant circuit and parallel resonant circuit in many facts, including main circuit,the harmonic of the wave form,power factor. Secondly discuss the effect of lining and melting operation to energy saving; Finally summarized the power quality on the effect of energy saving. |
