Based on introducing the survey of large-tonnage hydraulic press and discussing the development of prestress winding technology at home and abroad, the mathematical model of prestress winded framework was built in this paper. Semicircle beam of up and down and pillars of prestress winded framework were taken as research object. The bearing of framework is complex under the combination of working loading and preload. The calculating formula of stress, strain and deflection about wire, beam and columns were analysed and showed, also the computational methods were got.Fuzzy Control Algorithm is used as the control system of prestress wire's winding tension force, because of its advantages. The winding quality of wire was increased and mechanical property of wire can be the most efficient use Considering the characteristics of control system's structure of wire winding tension force, corresponding mathematical model was set up and simulation model was built based on Matlab Simulation, which is combined with the characteristics of prestress winding technology. According to the simulation model and control algolithm of tension force's control system which have been set up, the results show that:this control system has strong adaptability and high speed of dynamic response under the control of fuzzy control. The system is simulated with powerful software—Matlab.Aiming at being the best stress state of prestress winded framework, the optimization design model of framework was set up by using the method of optimization design. Being designed optimally, human-computer interaction interface of prestress winded framework was developed by means of MATLAB/GUI and optimization design program was worked out. Compared with the traditional design methods,it has the advantages of fast calculation and strong operational capacity. Its results can be got visually,accurately and reliably, and is easy to preserve and compare. According to static analysis and fatigue analysis about the results of optimization design of prestress winded framework, it's known that this framework has the advantages of higher strength,stiffness and fatigue life. So the scientific nature and rationality of this optimization design were verified.
