Reservation Slotted PVC Tube Concrete Testing In Static Fragmentation Technique

Static cracking technology with its advantages of pollution-free, safe, reliable, cutting, ect., is different from traditional blasting technologies. It uses the reaction between water and CaO, which is the effective component of static cracking agent, to generate Ca(OH)2. At the same time, it produces expansive force, which can achieve the purpose of crushing the brittle materials.This paper study on the crushing technology basing on practice investigation, to be adopted to set aside to slotted PVC pipe charge instead of drilling charge. You can use the embedded PVC pipe charging method while the demolition of some of the supporting concrete, which is simple construction, less expensive and having extended significance, ect., which has proved by the simulation test.Using the reservation slotted PVC tube method in cracking concrete, first of all, test if the block strength has meet the need which is embedded cracking the PVC pipe through the mechanics performance test. The results showed that, the test block compressive strength of reservation slotted PVC tube is8%or so lower than without PVC tube test block,and tensile strength is lower32%or so. So the reservation slotted PVC tube block need to properly increase the strength preparation than ex-strength preparation, for meeting the strength.We compare drill test block and embedded crack PVC pipe specimen cracking process through5intensity levels,10of30150mm×150mm×150mm test block.Finding that the cracking time of reservation slotted PVC tube block is longer than drilling block, the width of main crack is a little smaller. In addition, the slots of PVC tube has guiding role to some extent.Tests study the same intensity,75mm and100mm minimum resist line embedded crack block of PVC pipe under laboratory conditions and found that the minimum resist line100mm block broken time is longer than the75mm's, while the width of the main crack is smaller.
