Abstract/Summary:
The operating principle of precise shear machine and the moving characteristics of hingeinstitutions were analyzed with the existing developing results of precise shear machine. Withthe relative computer software CAD, CAE, as Q235A bar of Ф30for example, the preciseshearing mechanism with hinge type was designed on virtual prototyping technology, basingon force-close structure principle. This machine can work in ordinary pressure machinery.The results were shown as follows:1. The precise shearing mechanism with hinge type solvedthe existing problems of precision cutting device such as jamming, lacking of guidance deviceand wearing large. This machine was simple, and could be operated conveniently enough tosatisfy the requirement of finishing precise shearing to bar.2. The use of the application ofvirtual prototyping technology to complete the new product throughout the design process.The use of virtual prototyping technology in the development of new products hasirreplaceable function. The main work and results of this thesis are shown as follows:First, The radial clamping shearing was selected as this device's shearing. The preciseshear equipment could endure loads greatly enough to satisfy the structure requirement of theforce-close. This paper was used the moving characteristics of hinge institutions andestablished the structure model of the precise shearing mechanism. Then it was usedthree-dimensional design software Pro/E to complete various parts of the model, virtualassemble these model, carry out static interference test, fix the design flaws, and finally finishthe virtual design of the loading mechanism.Then, the finite element analysis for the precise shear equipment which was the majorforce components of the loading mechanism has been carried out. According to the outputmechanism's stress and displacement distribution, the maximum deformation and stress of theparts in the static condition can be found. It was verified that the parts can meet forcerequirements.Finally, the virtual model of the precise shear equipment was put into the dynamicssimulation software ADAMS and established the mathematical model of the working processof the movement. The emulation curve of speed, the acceleration and the displacement havebeen exported in its proceedings, and we had a verification about the rationality for theproceedings of the precise shear equipment. The developing work from digital modeling toentity modeling to shear machine was realized. This topic research applied virtual prototype technology to the precise shearingmechanism with hinge type successfully. The transformation from entity model to simulatingmodel and also the transformation of3D model of shear machine assembling structure wererealized. The dynamic simulation of the3-dimension simulating model of shear machine wasachieved, and then, the simulating result was analyzed to validate mechanism rationality.
