| With the appearance and mature of new theory, new device and new technology, the power ultrasonic technology is widely used in different departments of national economy. The ultrasonic power supply provides electrical energy for ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer transforms electrical energy into kinetic energy, completed the ultrasonic cleaning, and so on. This paper mainly expounded theoretical analysis and design of the ultrasonic power supply.This paper analyzed the basic topological structure of the ultrasonic power supply, three schemes was put forward for the ultrasonic power supply, including half bridge power amplifier circuit, whole bridge power amplifier circuit, push-pull power amplifier circuit. Through analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, then determined the scheme of the power amplifier circuit. According to the specific requirements of the ultrasonic power supply, then designed the rectifier filter circuit, the power amplifier circuit, the drive circuit, the buffer circuit, the power feedback circuit, the protection circuit. Among them, gives parameters calculation of the rectifier filter circuit and the power amplifier circuit.Analyzed the characteristics of the ultrasonic transducer and matching network, including inductance matching, inductance-capacitance matching and improved inductance-capacitance matching, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages.Because of the ultrasonic power supply needs to have high performance, big power, low cost. In order to solve difficult problems such as transducer impedance changes, frequency deviation. This paper introduces several common frequency tracking solutions of the ultrasonic power supply, owing to the problems of traditional ultrasonic power supply, this paper designed a dynamic matching of a transducer based on a digital inductance by the single-chip microcomputer, realized frequency automatic tracking of the ultrasonic power supply.Finally, based on the theoretical design, the circuits of the ultrasonic power supply are practically manufactured. After the ultrasonic power supply and the ultrasonic transducer worked in coordination. Some circuits were tested. The experimental results showed that the ultrasonic power supply has some use value. |
